1 General Terms & Conditions

3 Age Verification & KYC

4 Deposits & Withdrawals

5 Bonuses & Promotions

Nubd offers a range of bonuses and promotions, each of which is subject to specific terms and conditions.

General Bonus Terms

• Each bonus has its own Wagering Requirement (WR), which is typically 15x to 35x the combined deposit and bonus amount.
• Bonus funds cannot be withdrawn directly until the required wagering amount has been met.
• Withdrawing before completing the WR after claiming a bonus will result in the bonus being cancelled.
• Attempting to claim bonuses through multiple accounts or false information will result in account closure.
• Each bonus has an expiry period. Once expired, the bonus will be automatically cancelled.

Referral Bonus

Refer a friend and you'll both receive a bonus. The general terms above also apply to referral bonuses. Referral bonuses are available to new members only — those who have never previously held an account with nubd.

6 Gaming Rules

Nubd has specific rules in place to ensure all games are conducted fairly.

• All game outcomes are determined by an RNG (Random Number Generator) and are audited by an independent third party.
• If a game is interrupted due to a technical fault, the incomplete round will be voided and the stake will be refunded.
• If a match is cancelled or postponed in Sports Betting, the stake will be refunded.
• Nubd is not liable for disconnections during Live Casino games caused by network issues; however, we will make every effort to resolve the situation as appropriate.

Betting Limits

7 Prohibited Activities

8 Account Suspension & Closure

• If there is suspicion or evidence of a Terms & Conditions violation.
• If false information is found during KYC verification.
• If money laundering is suspected.
• At the user's own request (self-exclusion).

Voluntary Account Closure

If you wish to close your nubd account, please contact support. You may withdraw any remaining balance before the account is closed (provided KYC has been completed).
